Any thoughts on enabling Silverlight? (or does it require Mac OS 10.5, even on a PowerPC?) I realize this is not directly a TenFourFox question, but is about extending TenFourFox's functionality. Can I re-enable the missing add-ons? (I have a back up at home, but I'm away for a week and don't have a full list of them, so re-downloading or restoring are not the best options.)Ģ. I realize now that since they use the same preferences folder that this did not add anything, but I didn't remember it then.ġ. I remembered that Firefox and TenFourFox don't play well together, but I couldn't figure another way to check on where Silverlight might be. TenFourFox seems to be working normally otherwise. When I look in the user/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/(details) folder it appears the pieces of the add-ons are there, but TenFourFox does not recognize them. When I went back to TenFourFox most of my add-ons were gone.
#SILVERLIGHT FOR MAC OS 10.4 INSTALL#
When Firefox opened it asked me if I wanted to install several add-ons, which I dismissed. As Silverlight did not show up in the TenFourFox Add-ons, I wanted to see if it had ended up elsewhere, so I opened first Safari (no) and then the old version of Firefox (also no). I was able to run the Silverlight installer, but when I tried to load a Silverlight video I got a message that Silverlight was not installed.
